New Admit Next Steps

Berkeley Analytics students not only learn the latest analytical methods and become fluent with working large data sets but, with a deeper contextual understanding of the systems involved through specialty industry courses, they also learn to ask the right questions to build relevant models and find creative solutions to rapidly changing business and industry challenges, and communicate and implement their solutions. We believe our program, given its breadth and technical depth, is well suited to your academic interests and professional goals. Your course of study is based on the combination of three components, unique to Berkeley Analytics: technical expertise in core analytical methods, industry electives, followed up with a summer internship.

Secure your spot

Secure your spot by submitting the “Reply to the Offer of Admission” form, located in your official offer of admission email from the Graduate Division. The deadline to commit is Friday, April 15, 2022.

Note: The official offer of admission email from the Graduate Division can be delayed given the volume of graduate students at Berkeley, and if your admission is not processed before April 15th, you will automatically have an extension to reply and deposit once that is available to you.

Statement of Intent to Register (SIR)

A $2000 non-refundable Statement of Intent to Register (SIR) deposit is required. Once you have submitted your SIR, activated your CalNet ID, and found access to the deposit bill in CalCentral. This non-refundable deposit is applied toward payment of your first term of tuition and fees. For more information on next steps, read here on accepting your offer.

The deadline to pay the non-refundable deposit is May 20, 2022.

Congratulations again on this fine achievement
